1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BeeTrack+ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BeeTrack+ ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

BeeTrack+ is a subscription management application that helps users:

• Track and organize recurring subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, ChatGPT, Xbox, Claude, Amazon Prime, and others)
• Monitor subscription costs and spending patterns
• Receive renewal reminders and notifications
• Analyze subscription usage
• Discover deals and promotions for subscriptions
• Manage billing cycles and payment information

Important: BeeTrack+ is a tracking and management tool. We do not have direct access to your actual subscription accounts, nor do we manage, cancel, or modify your subscriptions with third-party services on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use BeeTrack+, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including:

• A valid email address
• A secure password
• Your name (optional but recommended)

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Using a strong, unique password

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BeeTrack+. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Responsibilities

When using BeeTrack+, you agree to:

• Provide accurate subscription information
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
• Not use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Not upload malicious code or viruses
• Not scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App using automated means
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Free Version

BeeTrack+ offers a free version with basic features including:

• Track up to 5 subscriptions
• Basic renewal reminders
• Simple spending overview

5.2 Premium Version

BeeTrack+ Premium offers additional features including:

• Unlimited subscription tracking
• Advanced analytics and insights
• Cloud backup and sync across devices
• Custom categories and tags
• Priority customer support
• Deal alerts and recommendations
• Export data to CSV/PDF

5.3 Payment Terms

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• You authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the App settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain Premium access until the end of the paid period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time

5.5 Free Trials

• We may offer free trials of Premium features
• You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
• Free trials are available once per user
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

BeeTrack+ and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The BeeTrack+ name, logo, and bee icon
• App design, layout, and user interface
• Software code and algorithms
• Documentation and guides

6.2 Third-Party Trademarks

Logos and names of subscription services (Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, ChatGPT, Xbox, Claude, Amazon Prime, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. BeeTrack+ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

6.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data you enter into BeeTrack+ (subscription names, costs, notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide our services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Financial Advice

BeeTrack+ provides tools for tracking subscriptions but does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice. All decisions regarding subscriptions are your sole responsibility.

7.2 Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate information about deals and promotions, but we do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of pricing information
• Availability of deals or promotions
• Completeness of subscription databases

7.3 Third-Party Services

BeeTrack+ does not control third-party subscription services. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to subscription prices or terms
• Service outages or discontinuation
• Billing issues with those services
• Content or quality of those services

7.4 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance and updates
• Technical issues
• Force majeure events

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• BeeTrack+ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for missed subscription renewals or resulting charges
• We are not liable for data loss (always maintain backups)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeeTrack+, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your Content or data

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the App settings
• Contacting our support team at support@beetrackapp.com

Upon termination, your subscription data will be deleted within 30 days.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your payment method fails repeatedly
• Required by law or court order
• You abuse or harass our staff or other users

We will provide notice before termination unless legally prohibited or in cases of serious violations.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to Terms

BeeTrack+ is available worldwide, but certain features may be restricted in some countries due to:

• Local laws and regulations
• Payment processing limitations
• Subscription service availability

You are responsible for complying with local laws when using the App.

15. Export Controls

You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer BeeTrack+ to any country or person prohibited by applicable export control laws.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BeeTrack+ regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.

18. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

20. Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights except as expressly stated.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

22. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome your feedback! If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about BeeTrack+:
